ATHLETE UNDERTAKING AND WAIVER FOR THE EXTREME PRO/ EXTREME INTERNATIONAL FITNESS ON MAY 2026 AT BANGALORE

This Undertaking is given by the undersigned athlete ("Athlete") in favour of Extreme Pro / Extreme International Fitness ("Organizer") for participation in the bodybuilding and fitness competition conducted by the Organizer ("Event").
By signing, the Athlete confirms they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the terms below.

1. Eligibility, Fitness and Information
The Athlete confirms they are at least 18 years old, physically and mentally fit for high-intensity bodybuilding & fitness competitions. The Athlete participates entirely at their own risk and confirms that all personal, medical, and registration details provided are true and accurate. Any false information may lead to disqualification without refund.

2. Registration, Fees and Event Changes
The Athlete's registration is confirmed only after full payment via the official event website or authorized registration channels. All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The payment is accepted t the organiser for application process expense of the participant and does not fall under remunaraion for participation. This payment does not invoke the relationship of a consumer and trader or service provider as contemplated under Consumer Protection Act 2019. The Organizer reserves the right to reject entries for incomplete or non-compliant submissions. The Organizer may reschedule, modify, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances and shall not be liable for any related expenses such as accommodation and travel of the participant.

3. Event Rules, Conduct and Judging
The Athlete agrees to follow all Event rules, schedules, and instructions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. Professional conduct is always mandatory. Any misconduct, including abusive behaviour, threatening actions, or defamatory social media activity, may result in disqualification and bans from future events.
The Athlete expressly acknowledges and agrees that all judging decisions are final, binding, and non- negotiable. Under no circumstances shall the Athlete challenge, dispute, or question the judges or judging panel regarding results. Any attempt to do so may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of titles/prizes, and disciplinary action.
The Athlete will be disqualified if the program rules are violated either by himself or through his supporters. Any obstruction caused by the Athlete or supporters by entering the stage, questioning the Judges or Volunteers will automatically disqualified the Athlete.
The Athlete hereby conform that the decission of the Judges will be final in all respect and the decision of Judges are not appealable and not questionable in any Court of Law.
The Athlete undertake that they will not post any challenges questioning the final decision of the Judges in social media or other visual platforms and on such scandalous posting if any they will be subjected to payment of damages to the organizer and will also be liable for prosecution.

4. Backstage, Tanning and Grooming
Only Organizer-authorized vendors may operate backstage. All services are availed at the Athlete's own cost and risk. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any skin reactions, damages, or losses caused by such services. Unauthorized products, oils, tanning or substances are strictly prohibited

5. Risk, Medical Treatment and Insurance
The Athlete acknowledges that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, dehydration, medical emergencies, or death, and voluntarily assumes all such risks.
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any medical incidents, deaths or injuries caused by negilgence of the Athelete, that may occur due to the partiipation or competition at the venue. The Athlete is solely responsible for arranging adequate medical and accident insurance.

6. Anti-Doping and Prohibited Substances
The Event follows a strict zero-tolerance anti-doping policy. Any doubtful Athelete will be subjected to dope test at the direction of the Organising Committee and failure to obey will momenterly disqualifing the Athelete.
The possession, use, distribution, or presence of drugs, narcotics, banned substances, performance- enhancing drugs (PEDs), growth hormones, injections, syringes, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited at the venue, backstage, or surrounding event premises.
If any prohibited substances are found in the possession of the Athlete or his supporters, the Athlete will be immediately disqualified, all titles and prizes will be forfeited, and the Athlete may be handed over to law enforcement authorities for further legal action. The Athlete agrees to comply with all anti- doping rules and testing procedures.

7. Prize Money and Tax
Any prize money awarded shall be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and other applicable taxes as per Indian Central and State laws.
The net amount paid after statutory deductions shall be considered full and final. The Organizer reserves the right to modify prize structures based on circumstances without notice to the Athelete.
If the Judges does not qualify any Athlete for any degree of prize either first, second or third and in such case the Judges decision not awarding any winning marks in any category of first, second and third will end up in a decision by the organising committee not to award any prize money in the particular class which is not qustionable by any Athelet.

8. Media, Image and Sponsorship Rights
The Athlete irrevocably grants full rights to the Organizer to capture, use, reproduce, and publish their name, image, physique, likeness, video recordings, and performance.
These rights extend to social media platforms, digital promotions, print media, marketing and advertising campaigns. The Athlete fully consents and grants these rights without any claim for royalty, goodwill and compensation.

9. Indemnity and Legal Jurisdiction
The Athlete agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.

This Undertaking shall be governed by Indian law, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

ATHLETE DECLARATION
I, the undersigned Athlete, confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this Undertaking. This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, and legal representatives.

By submitting the registration form, I confirm that I accept and agree to all the above terms and conditions of this Undertaking.
